Praful Mittal is the CEO of WIN Home Inspection. He has dedicated his career to supporting and nurturing the growth of businesses in a variety of sectors through hands-on involvement in identifying growth opportunities, assessing performance gaps, developing short-term and long-range growth plans, recruiting talent and growing organizations, and prioritizing initiatives, while maintaining a highly collaborative and results oriented focus. In his prior leadership roles in private equity investing, consulting and operations, Praful has a proven track record in guiding growth and significant operational and financial improvements. He has received degrees in business, software design and engineering from Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), Northeastern University, and DIT.
Will is responsible for managing WIN’s finance and accounting function and driving improvements to WIN’s systems to support the growth of its strategic partners. In addition, he provides support to WIN strategic partners in business accounting, business management and insurance coverage. Will’s background includes investing, operations and consulting with three years of experience as a private equity professional. Will received a B.A. in Economics from Northwestern University.
Shubha leads a talented and growing marketing team at WIN, with a focus on helping our franchisees in their growth objectives. She has an unwavering belief in collaboration and partnership. Moreover, her experience as a successful entrepreneur and advisor to small and mid-sized businesses gives her a unique perspective in understanding and mitigating the pain points of small businesses, including developing actionable marketing plans to spur growth.
Shubha received an undergraduate degree in Chemical Engineering from AM University, and a Masters in Information Systems from Northeastern University.
Blair Dufresne re-joined WIN Home Inspection in Marketing Operations in March 2014. Ms. Dufresne previously held the Franchise Administration Manager position with WIN from August 2010 to September 2012. Former to WIN Home Inspection, she was a Junior Project Manager in Nashville, Tennessee for Edgenet, Inc. from February 2006 to August 2010. Ms. Dufresne manages WIN's 90 Day Plan, which guides new franchisees in their first months of business, vendor partnerships and the needs of the network of WIN franchised businesses. She is responsible for various organizational marketing SOPs and functions holds a BBA in Finance from the University of Memphis and a MBA from Middle Tennessee State University.
Gary Greenberg joined WIN Home Inspection as the Information Technology Support Manager in April 2003. His primary role is to oversee all computer technology aspects of the franchise training program as well as the franchisee technology support program, which provides computer and WIN software support and assistance to WIN franchisees. Prior to joining WIN, Mr. Greenberg was Technology Support Manager for the Washington Office of NetManage Inc., an enterprise information systems software company based in Cupertino, CA. He has an Associates of Science degree in Computer Programming and attended the University of Arizona where he majored in Computer Science. He also holds certifications from Novell Networking and Microsoft Operating Systems and Networking.
Before joining WIN Home Inspection's corporate offices in August 2002, Pat Knight owned a very successful WIN home inspection franchise in Bellevue, WA. At WIN, his primary role is to oversee the technical aspects of the franchise training program as well as the field support program, which provides onsite assistance and guidance to WIN franchise owners. Additionally, Mr. Knight provides operations support for improvement and training to franchise owners and assists with policy and procedure development for the franchise system. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Education from Washington State University and has more than 15 years of teaching and training experience.
Melanie Heicklen joins WIN Home Inspection with extensive experience in real estate marketing. Melanie is responsible for the implementation of innovative programs on both the corporate and local level with a special focus on brand building, consumer engagement and conversion strategies to grow WIN’s customer base. She also provides support to franchise owners for essential marketing activities. Melanie received her undergraduate degree in Media Studies from the University of Colorado, Boulder.
