Infrared (IR) Scan Near Las Vegas, North Las Vegas and Aliante

Moisture, plumbing leaks, electrical hazards, insulation gaps, and other hidden issues can be difficult to identify during a standard visual inspection. An infrared (IR) scan uses thermal imaging technology to detect temperature differences that may reveal potential problems that are not visible to the naked eye. During your inspection, our inspector uses a FLIR smartphone adapter to identify unusual temperature patterns and help uncover potential plumbing leaks, moisture intrusion, electrical concerns, insulation deficiencies, and other hidden conditions.
