WIN Franchise Owners Climbed 110 Flights of Stairs, Donating $2,500 to Heart 9/11
WIN Home Inspection, the number one and fastest-growing home inspection company in the U.S., has completed its inaugural Stair Climb Challenge among its franchise owners (better known as Strategic Partners), their families, and its in-house support team. This challenge is a tribute to the heroic first responders of September 11, 2001, with participants climbing 110 flights of stairs, symbolizing the same climb first responders faced during the tragic events at the World Trade Center.
In honor of their sacrifice and in support of ongoing relief efforts, WIN Home Inspection has donated $2,500 to Heart 9/11, a non-profit organization founded by first responders including the FDNY, NYPD, PAPD, and members of the NYC Building Trades. Heart 9/11’s mission resonates deeply with WIN's core values, focusing on building resiliency, providing hope, and supporting mental health for communities affected by disasters.
"Heart 9/11 has not only rebuilt homes, but also mended spirits across various communities, aligning closely with our commitment to safety and well-being," said Praful Mittal, CEO of WIN Home Inspection. "Our franchise community felt a profound connection with this cause, honoring those who serve and protect us every day."
Since its inception, Heart 9/11 has rebuilt or modified 884 homes and continuously supports veterans and first responders in need. Through initiatives like the Stair Climb Challenge, WIN Home Inspection aims to foster a culture of giving and remembrance within the community.
"We are proud to support Heart 9/11 in their vital work. This challenge was more than just a fundraiser; it was an outburst of support to those who face unimaginable challenges," Mittal added. "We thank our Strategic Partners, their families, and our support team for stepping up to this challenge and showing what it means to be part of the WIN family."
