To verify your account, you may provide us with your username and your account ID from a third-party provider that we’ve previously assigned to you, which may be sent to a third-party provider such as Inspection Support Network. Your username and account ID may be used to verify your account when you login and periodically to ensure you have authorization to continue to use the Service.

After your account is verified on first login, you will create a password, and a user profile will be created for you (“Profile”). Your Profile will be populated by information from a third-party provider such as your name, username, and email, and also by information that you submit, such as various settings including saved image files such as your signature or license that will be used in inspection reports. In addition, your orders dashboard will be populated by information from a third-party provider such as order ID, services, site address, site details, client name and contact info, and agent name and contact info.
c. Inspection Orders and Reports
You’ll provide us with whatever information you submit through the Service, such as search terms, inspection remarks, and other submitted data including images, documents and other information from your device’s camera, photos, files, and microphone. For example, you won’t be able to take photos or upload photos from your camera roll into inspection reports unless we can access your camera or photos. In addition, you may provide us consent to access your photos stored by a third-party provider such as Google for you to utilize in the Service.

When you interact with AI features, your information may be shared with AI vendors such as OpenAI, which may keep a copy of your text or audio responses for their own purposes. Please do not submit any personal or confidential information when using AI features.
